We called into Carlos's showroom in Los Alcazares by chance and we are so glad that we did, just to look at the mosquito screens, we were very impressed by what we saw on show, and the receptionist very kindly telephoned Carlos who in turn came out to our home to discuss our requirements. We then realised that the company was able to do more than just aluminium work, we ended up having a beautiful balustrade put in by his team, and glazing in our conservatory with mosquito screening, and installing a glass shower screen. We are very pleased with the results, his workmen are efficient, unobtrusive and clean up after the job is done. An excellent service we have no hesitation in recommending Carlos and his team, we will certainly use them again.

Based on recommendation from neighbours we decided to use CSR Property Services & Management for the tiling of our garden. The company proved to be as good as we were told. From the very beginning the company gave useful assistance in choosing good materials and technical solutions as well as obtaining the necessary permission from the local authorities to carry out the job. The work was completed within the timescale agreed and to the price agreed. Minor changes and technical solutions were discussed and implemented during the construction period. The work was carried out with good quality and the company left the site clean and nice. For us it was important that it was easy to communicate with Carlos, the company manager, and that he was closely following up the quality and progress of the work.
